We offer special services to make your visit as easy and agreeable as possible.

• Zoo brochure
  A free zoo brochure including a map of the zoo and all the necessary information for an unforgettable visit.
• Dogs
  Your dog may accompany you – on a short leash. N.B.: Dogs are not allowed in the animal houses.
• Wheel-chairs
  are available at the Flamingo Entrance.
• Food and refreshments
  We have a self-service restaurant with a beer garden, a pizzeria and several snack bars.
• Facilities
  can be found at both entrances, at the Jungle Pavilion, the Restaurant, near the brown bears, the Rainforest World and near the monkeys. The facilities near the brown bears are closed during the winter.
• Facilities for disabled persons
  are available at the Isar Entrance, at the Jungle Pavilion, the Rainforest World and at the Restaurant.
• Baby changing facilities
  can be found at both entrances, at the Rainforest World and at the Restaurant.
• ATM
  There is an ATM available next to the Restaurant. 
• Photography and filming
  is permitted free-of-charge for personal use. For commercial use a written permit has to be obtained.
• Guidebook
  Our guidebook with comprehensive information about the animals can be purchased at the entrance (EUR 3,00).
• Special zoo guides
  Material for blind and handicapped people and children in particular can be borrowed at the entrance (please deposit valid identity card.)
  All guidebooks are in German.
• Hellabrunn souvenirs
  Large poster: 4,00 Euro
  Small poster:  3,00 Euro
  Zoo calendar: 10,00 Euro
